Pricing

What exactly is included in the Implementation price?

Everything you need for a working system PLUS the first 3 months of optimization:

  • Complete setup (CHF 7,000-15,000 value)

  • 3 months of retainer included (CHF 1,950-7,200 value depending on tier)

  • Total: CHF 9,500-22,000

After Month 3, you continue month-to-month at your retainer tier rate.

How do I know which price in the range applies to me?

During our Blueprint audit or initial call, we'll assess:

  • Your KB needs (15 articles vs. 60 articles)

  • Workflow complexity (simple routing vs. multi-step logic)

  • Integration requirements (standard vs. custom API)

Then we'll give you an exact quote, not a range.

How are payments handled?

50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly. All payments can be made via bank transfer or invoice.

Can I just book a consultation first?

Yes! The first 30-minute session is completely free — no obligation. We'll discuss your support challenges and help you understand what's possible.

How quickly can you implement an AI chatbot solution?

Implementation timelines vary based on complexity:

  • Basic chatbots: 2-4 weeks

  • Fully customized enterprise solutions: 8-12 weeks (includes complex integrations and knowledge bases)

Why is the 3-month optimization mandatory?

Because automation isn't set-and-forget. Months 1-3 are when:

  • Edge cases appear in real usage

Can we skip the optimization and just get setup?

You have three options:

  1. Continue month-to-month at your tier (most clients choose this)

  2. Switch tiers up or down based on your needs

We offer tiered support packages based on your needs:

  • All plans include standard technical support, regular maintenance, and system updates

Do I need technical expertise to manage the solutions?

No! We design our solutions to be user-friendly for non-technical staff. Day-to-day management is handled through intuitive dashboards and interfaces. We also provide comprehensive training for your team and documentation to ensure you can effectively manage your solution.
